Delivery Charges
All products sold from this site and sent by Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery. This basically means if you order before 15:30 your purchase should arrive the following day. If we are unable to fulfil your order within this time a member of staff will contact you and provide an expected delivery date. Please note that all products are shipped fully insured against loss, theft and damage.
Liability
All deliveries are shipped fully insured and in the unlikely event that your purchase goes missing or is damaged in the post, please contact us within 28 days to arrange for a full refund or replacement.
All orders over £50.00 are sent FREE OF CHARGE, orders below £50.00 are subject to a £6.50 delivery surcharge. Apples to internet orders only.

All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of return. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by you in returning the goods to us. A Return Authorisation number must be obtained prior to sending the unit back. If your product develops a fault and a replacement unit needs to be sent to you, the original faulty product must be sent back to us within 30 days.
